• How long does it take you to deliver my goods?
  We will dispatch your order within 24hrs, provided that funds have cleared.
• Is your shopping cart secure? 
  1. We use a secure server to hold your card details for manual processing - this is not real-time processing. Your card details will be deleted from the secure server once the transaction is complete. We do not retain your card details
•  What are your payment methods?  
  1. You may choose to pay by cheque or postal order at the checkout area. You can then print the order form and include it with your remiitance. 
  2. You may pay by credit / debit card - the details are held on our secure server for manual offline processing.  
• What sort of postage rates will I pay?
  For the 2010 season and as an offer on the new launch of the site, carriage for all of our water features is free to UK mainland addresses.
• Only if the Water Feature requires a pallet may there be a small charge.
• Do you deliver overseas?
  Not at the moment some items we may be able too but feel free to call the office to see if we can be of help.
• Can I return any items I have purchased?
  We offer a full money back guarantee within seven days of purchase and operate a "no questions asked" policy. All we do ask is that the goods are returned within this Seven Day period for a full refund less postage costs.
• How does my shopping basket work?
  You can put things into your basket at the click of a button. It is a very good way of holding onto things you are particularly interested in. Because you add things into your cart it doesn't mean you are committed to purchasing the item. You can delete items just as easily prior to checkout.
• I would like to make an order by post but do not have access to a printer to print an Order Form?
  Not to worry, checkout as normal choosing the 'order by post' option and then send full details of your purchase including delivery address with your remmitance to us at Active Water Features (UK) - we will be advised of the order by email and will arrange shipping as soon as the funds are cleared.
• Can I place an order by telephone?
  Yes - please call our office we would love to hear from you. No call centres in site just a small and friendly family business.
