Whether you are simply browsing, or shopping on our site, it's all very simple.

Here you will find a summary of each area and what you can expect:

My Account

We store your personal information such as name, address, telephone number and email address, as well as your password for your account details. This allows you to login, update your details, buy goods and check your order history.

We do not retain any credit card information.

Your details will only be used by us and will not be shared with any other parties. We comply with the Data Protection Act and will take proper precautions to protect the information that we hold.

Once you have created your account, you can update it whenever you wish, for example, if you change your postal or email address.

Also, once you have created your account, you will only need to enter your email address and pasword for future purchases.

Delivery

Please refer to our shipping fees for delivery information.

Shopping Basket

As you add items to your basket, you will be able to see the number of items and cost in the running basket at the top right of the shop pages.

If you need to delete, update or review your shopping basket, you can do this by clicking on the basket link and following the instructions.

The only changes to your basket total will be for discounts or shipping fees which will be applied at the checkout.

Checkout

Once you are satisfied with the contents of your basket, you will proceed to the checkout area. Here you will see a summary of the order details including a full breakdown of your order along with the shipping costs and any discounts.

At this stage you can still return to the basket to amend or delete your order.

If you proceed to confirm payment, you will be taken to the secure server to complete the payment details.

Discounts

We will from time to time issue time limited discount vouchers to our registered customers. This will comprise a unique code that you will enter just before you press the checkout button in the shopping basket.

All discount vouchers will be issued via email newsletter.

Payment by Credit / Debit Card

Payment is taken on-line by credit card or debit card through the use of our secure server.

Payment by Cheque/ Bank Transfer/Postal Order

If you choose not to pay by credit or debit card, we can also accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or postal order. Goods will be dispatched as soon as the funds are cleared.
If you choose one of these options, you can print the checkout page, and post your order. Please make cheques payable to "Active Water Features".
